On Thursday 4th and Friday 5th of July the University of Barcelona together with the Judiciary School of the Spanish Judiciary Council will organise and the latter will host a training session which is part of the project “EU Judiciary Training on Brussels IIa Regulation: from South to East”, cofounded by the EU DG Justice and organized by the University of Milano-Bicocca.
The training session will deal with “Jurisdiction in matrimonial and parental responsibility matters” and seeks to train judges, lawyers and other professionals in the legal field of the EU legal instruments on family law matters, related to divorce and parental responsibility matters through practice-oriented sessions.
